\u2013 Reservations with a personalized quote are typically blocked with advance payment due on the reservation date.
\u2013 In the event of a modification or cancellation of the reservation by the client, an amount of \u20ac10 + VAT or more per person\/guest may be applied as “product and service reorganization costs.” This amount will apply to downward modifications (when a variation of -10% or more occurs) to the number of guests initially agreed upon, changes to the date and time of the reservation, and, in general, to any costs incurred in each case due to changes in service requests.
\u2013 Casa Marieta S.L. disclaims all liability for requests not previously agreed upon, including those that, once agreed upon, Casa Marieta S.L. could justify as impossible to fulfill.
\u2013 The company may not serve more guests than indicated in the reservation agreement.
