RESERVATION POLICY

– Reservations with a personalized quote are typically blocked with advance payment due on the reservation date.
– In the event of a modification or cancellation of the reservation by the client, an amount of €10 + VAT or more per person/guest may be applied as “product and service reorganization costs.” This amount will apply to downward modifications (when a variation of -10% or more occurs) to the number of guests initially agreed upon, changes to the date and time of the reservation, and, in general, to any costs incurred in each case due to changes in service requests.
– Casa Marieta S.L. disclaims all liability for requests not previously agreed upon, including those that, once agreed upon, Casa Marieta S.L. could justify as impossible to fulfill.
– The company may not serve more guests than indicated in the reservation agreement.
– The company may cancel the reservation commitment if the provisions of the prior agreements regarding the quantity or quality of the services offered are not met. This is especially true if the client fails to comply with the established date and time, or with the agreed services or products.
– In the event of other modifications, fees may be applied based on the resulting calculations.
– The company reserves the right to refuse admission, as established by current law.
