… was in charge of the management of the business since the late nineteenth century. Initially, the current location of No. 5 of the square, was intended for “food house” and No. 6, to the stables that sheltered animals and carriages the days of the fruit and vegetable market, in the old Plaza de San Agustín (whose name derives from the Augustinian convent located in the square),

The tenacity of the foundress was inherited from father to son, until in the Year 1992, the work of several generations was recognized by the Chamber of Commerce and the City Council of Girona, celebrating the centenary with the presence of renowned authorities, such as the president of the Chamber of Commerce and other senior officials of the City Council, Provincial Council, Generalitat or the Parliament of Catalonia itself.
